- Living Tomb or ShengJi, where the person is still around/alive
- As for the deceased, for the burial ground and methodologist to perform accordingly.
Descendats will not benefit, as placed in wrong place/wrong alignment, will have a great impact to them, be in health or wealth

This is to prepare the things which belong to the individual for future burial. To obtain the place and build the golden well to place their ShengJi. Upon an individual's departure, to place their coffin into this place.
